Ron McCullough has served as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for the Town of Lanigan since March 2024. With 48 years of diverse experience across Western Canada, Ron has held senior leadership roles in the banking and construction industries, management consulting, the not-for-profit sector, and municipal administration. Renowned in the municipal sector as a visionary leader and strategist, Ron is celebrated for his ability to pair innovative ideas with practical implementation.
A strong advocate for sustainable development, Ron focuses on five key principles: financial health, physical environment, natural environment, social and cultural vibrancy, and governance. His holistic approach ensures balanced and forward-thinking community growth.
What drew Ron to Lanigan? For him, Lanigan offers the perfect blend of small-town charm and big opportunities. With thriving economic drivers such as potash mining, a robust agricultural sector, and the new Aspen Power Generating Station, the town is poised for significant growth.
