• Three bedroom unit
• Rent is based on income – 30%
• All utilities are the responsibility of the tenant
• Fridge, stove, washer and dryer in unit
• Rental payment must be made by pre-authorized payment
• $326 damage deposit required

• All utilities are the responsibility of the tenant
• Fridge, stove, washer and dryer in unit
• One, two and three bedroom units
  • One bedroom – $493 plus $6 garbage removal
  • Two bedroom – $523 plus $6 garbage removal
  • Three bedroom – $552
  • Three bedroom single detached – $585
  • Damage deposit required  – 1 months rent
