Lanigan Lions Club
Since 1917, Lions/Lioness have served the world’s population through hard work and commitment to make a difference in the lives of people everywhere. With 1.4 million members serving in more than 44,600 clubs in 189 countries and geographical areas, Lions Clubs International is the world’s largest service club organization. Lions/Lioness are recognized worldwide for their service to the blind and visually impaired.
Our local club provides support of athletic teams, seniors’ activities, operation of Lion’s Campground, support of construction of Lanigan Recreation Complex. Our major fundraisers are bunny sales, hockey, football, baseball pools, etc.

Central Parkland Lodge Nursing Home is a residence for 35 people. Activities are planned for the residents daily except Saturdays & Sundays.

Merry Mixers Senior Citizen Club
The club was organized in 1974 and has seen many accomplishments over the years. The club encourages new members to join and participate in their regular and special events. The hall has seen many improvements and additions over the years and is an excellent facility for the community and is wheel chair accessible. The club supports many community projects.
Our local club participates/provides the following: Fall Tea & Bake Sale, Christmas Potluck Social, Sports Days, provides food & entertainment for one birthday party at Central Parkland Lodge, holds informational meetings, sponsorship of senior tours or car pooling.

Carlton Trail 4-H Club (Beef and Light Horse)

Beef & Light Horse clubs meets regularily.

Knights of Columbus 797 Lanigan Air Cadets
The Lanigan Knights of Columbus Royal Canadian Air Cadet Squadron was formed in 1970 by the local Knights of Columbus Council. The Knights are still the sponsors for the Squadron that parades at the old Guernsey School on Thursday nights at 6:30 pm. Youth ages 12 – 18 are encouraged to join! The Squadron is very fortunate to have Officers that come from Raymore, Watrous, Nokomis & Saskatoon. These Officers are always looking for adults to assist in the Cadet program.
